Carla Guilhem Design was entrusted with the task of crafting model apartments at Origin Residences. Their mission was to encapsulate and exemplify the distinctive Origin lifestyle.

Through meticulous design and a discerning choice of elements, in collaboration with Artefacto, they sought to provide a palpable representation of the luxury and sophisticated ambiance that Origin Residences pledges to its inhabitants

We envisioned the model apartments at Origin Residences as a celebration of refined luxury and cultural homage. Drawing from Artefacto’s rich Brazilian heritage, we melded organic textures with modern aesthetics, creating spaces that resonate with warmth and sophistication.

The design embodies the beauty of Miami’s waterfront, using a palette enriched with neutral tones to evoke serenity and grandeur. Every element, from furnishings to fixtures, was selected with a meticulous eye, ensuring that residents experience a harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary opulence
