We are delighted to share the news that our debut interior design yacht project for one of our repeat clients has won the prestigious 2022 World Superyacht Judges Commendation Award. The results of the 17th edition of these leading industry awards were announced at the exclusive ceremony and gala dinner in London.
It was an enormous pleasure to work with the owners on creating the beautifully bespoke styling for Lady Lene, a 34-meter fully-custom aluminum superyacht that was built by our incredible partners at the Van der Valk Shipyard in the Netherlands. Our studio was very impressed with how the artisans at Van der Valk could translate our design concepts into reality on a yacht that totally deserved to take home this distinct recognition.
The adopted design language for Lady Lene was inspired by Art Deco and gives Lady Lene a refined elegance that balances nicely against her explorer-style exterior. Curved walls, fluted woods, and metal touches in champagne gold generated a calm, timeless and welcoming space.
We are also currently working on another project for the same owners at the yard called the LeVen 65 as well as a striking new 25.5-meter Flybridge which is due for launch this summer. Stay tuned!
