Carla and her team are delighted to announce that construction has started on one of the most spectacular land-based projects our design office has been involved in to date. The project was created in close cooperation with Artefacto and VDA, the Origin Residences will overlook Miami’s beautiful Bay Harbor Islands. There will be no less than 27 custom-finished and furnished condominiums in this luxury boutique building, each of which will showcase Carla’s unique eye for spaces that make the most of waterfront views.
As one of the leading home furnishings brand, Artefacto will offer the owners of each condo – which range from two to four bedrooms – with a bespoke design that reflects the way they like to live. Origin Residences will feature Revuelta Architecture International designs balanced with sustainable solutions, including a fabulous panoramic rooftop pool. A private marina brings a sense of synergy between Carla’s work in the boating and onshore worlds.
